Yes. Emergency repair services are available for urgent situations such as gas leaks, no heat in winter, no hot water, refrigerator failures, and HVAC system failures. Emergency services are available 24/7 with additional charges for after-hours calls.

• Do not use any electrical switches or create sparks
• Do not use your phone inside the building
• Call the gas company emergency line from outside
• Call us for an emergency inspection once the area is declared safe

Gas appliance inspections are important for compliance with Canadian safety regulations, insurance requirements, family safety, carbon monoxide prevention, and ensuring proper appliance operation.

Inspection times vary: single appliance 30–60 minutes, full home inspection 1–2 hours, multi-unit properties vary by number of units. You'll receive a detailed report immediately upon completion.
