4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and e-transfer. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

We offer a 90-day warranty on parts and labour for repairs. This warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs. Please refer to your service agreement for full warranty details.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
